Mike is an experienced Director with a proven history working in the staffing and recruiting industry. Skilled in Crisis Management, Negotiation, Operations Management, Coaching, and Sales. Mike graduated from Liverpool John Moores University and is MCA qualified. He is a former Company Security Officer, Port Facilities Security Officer and Ship Security Officer.
After a career in the Royal Marines spanning 23 years, Darren moved in to consulting and now has a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. A skilled Project Manger, Crisis Management, Intelligence Analysis, Emergency Management, and Intelligence practitioner, Darren is a strong consulting professional who undestands the needs of HM Foirces personnel.
Regional Commercial Director
Tom joined the Royal Marines in 2002 and over his 15 year military career he held a number of management roles in the Royal Marines Corps and other specialist units. An expert in influence, persuasion and negotiations, he is an experienced change manager having held project and operational management consultant roles. Tom is passionate about helping the EX Forces community achieve their potential in the commercial world.
Communications and Marketing Consultant
Chris has worked in media and marketing for nearly 20 years. Having held Marketing Director, Client Director and Business Development Director roles at companies including JC Decaux, Metro, Eurosport and OMD, he has a unique, varied and extensive skill set in B2B marketing communications.
